A renowned medical assistance company is currently looking for a French/Spanish Medical Assistance Coordinator

Key responsibilities are as follows

Handle all enquiries from the initial call to the payment of the bills
Liaising with Insured travelers, hospitals, agents, medics, Insurers, brokers and many other companies on a worldwide scale
Provide the perfect and most cost effective solution to the problem in the shortest time frame
The successful candidate will be fully trained in all aspects of the company’s services as well as our comprehensive assistance and claims databases.

Essential requirements

Will only consider candidates who have worked within Medical Assistance in customer services
Must be completely fluent in Spanish or French & English
The ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team
Excellent lateral thinking and problem solving skills
PC, Keyboard and office skills
You will be required to work on a shift pattern from 8am to 8pm over 7 days, 4 days on, 4 days off. Every four to six weeks you will be required to work nights from 8pm until 8am
