Job description: Commercial Property Manager/RICS surveyor

Location: Windsor

Salary £28,000

Manage a portfolio of commercial properties to the highest standards in order to provide a high quality service clients and occupiers and thus maintain and develop a sustainable business.

Effectively manage commercial property portfolio of Commercial clients
Ensuring compliance with all relevant Health & Safety standards
Ensuring that all necessary surveys, risk assessments and periodic testing are undertaken for all properties
Key priorities / recommendations are identified and implemented in agreed timeframes, taking into account the nature and severity of any risk highlighted.
Ensure proper monitoring and recording of all actions taken reflective of the companies management systems
Management of all contractors, ensuring works are completed to satisfaction, within time and budget and in a safe and competent manner
Delivery of annual service charge budgets and negotiation of management fees
Ensure commercial approach taken to services offered to ensure sustainability of business.
Actively seek new commercial opportunities
Continued development of client relationships

Essential Requirements:
RICS surveyor
Tenacious, pro-active "can-do" attitude

Accurate and diligent
Team player
Working knowledge of:-
service charges and budgeting
Health & Safety Legislation.
environmental and sustainability issues
basic building construction and maintenance
property management systems..
Have a current clean full driving licence.
