A leading Natural Resource company is currently looking for a Customer Service Executive on a 6 month temporary basis.
Key responsibilities are as follows
To effectively manage an allocated Customer portfolio with specific responsibility for metering, invoicing and query management
Primary tasks will be the receipt and resolution of customer queries and complaints, accurate Supply Point maintenance and the regular generation of invoices for that portfolio, with an aim to maximise the companies cashflow.
To receive, process and validate non-daily metered data in order to produce accurate invoicing for the entire portfolio on a monthly basis.
To take incoming calls from customers querying gas invoices.
To pro-actively identify and resolve a diverse range of portfolio queries and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.
Minimising exposure to meter reading associated costs eg filter failures and must reads.
To monitor and progress Supply Point Administration as required e.g Voluntary Withdrawals.
To assist in the debt management of the team by resolving payment hold queries within specified timescales.
Essential Requirements
Must have worked in an office based Customer Service/Call Centre environment recently and preferably within the Natural Resource Industry
Must have a consistent work history
Excellent Communication skills
Must be immediately available or on short notice and able to committ to 6 months work
