A London Borough is currently looking for a Parking Helpdesk Operator.

Key responsibilities

Dealing with telephone calls regarding Penalty Charge Notices, Suspensions, Permits, Metric engineers & Cash Collectors.
Preparation of Suspension signs using word
It is important that the candidates are able to deal with, and have the ability to retain knowledge on different parking services. We have duty supervisor's/manager however, we would expect officers to deal with the majority of calls as a "one stop".
Collecting, sorting and franking post.
Archiving.
Receiving deliveries from suppliers ( this may involve some heavy items)
You will be required 1 in 4 saturdays

Essential requirements

Proven Customer service inbound experience

Excellent customer Service skills

Good on Word & Excel
