Our client is a rapidly expanding private sector property services group. Services provided include the management of social housing, private residential lettings and sales, commercial agency and professional chartered surveying services.

Key responsibilities

Check manual file for documents. Input to internal IT system. Receive and scan documents from negotiators. Progress files in accordance to O&S policy, procedures and timescales. Tag keys.
Ensure all phone calls from potential landlords are captured and logged on internal IT system.
Contact landlord. Update internal IT system. Make appointments on behalf of negotiator. Confirm appointment 24 hours prior
Match scheme features as personal benefit to landlords
Contact contractors and landlords by telephone, email or internet to obtain contractual paperwork.
Run and action Crystal report. Contact landlords in accordance to O&S policy, procedures and timescales
Booking venues. Inviting guests. Collating information packs. Attendance and contribution at event. Liaising with local authorities. Contacting local authorities via email. Provide updates and answer queries
Through knowledge of landlord information pack. Through knowledge of benefits of letting and in house schemes

The role will pay a commission up to £3500 depending on performance

Essential requirements

Able to show a solid track record of experience in office administration and process implementation
Ideally have worked in administration for a property company and have a good understanding of the procedures involved in a lettings environment
Be an experienced user of MS packages including Outlook, Word and Excel
