Our client is a rapidly expanding private sector property services group. Services provided include the management of social housing, private residential lettings and sales, commercial agency and professional chartered surveying services.

Key responsibilities  

Assemble and manage a profitable portfolio of properties whilst delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.
Sell the company and benefits to landlords via presentation and landlord pack. Check property for suitability. Complete visual inspection checklist. Advise landlord on any improvements that will increase profitability.
Ensure all phone calls from potential landlords and tenants are captured and logged on internal IT system.
Understand the link between selling features and benefits rather than features. Sale of ancillary products for additional income streams.
Ensure a structured and open dialogue between PM and Sales staff exist to spot opportunities and bottlenecks
Through knowledge of landlord information pack. Through knowledge of to Housing Act. Thorough knowledge of in house rental protection plan
Understand the importance of targets the role they play within a sales team and what needs to happen to achieve them.
Attend morning meetings and take ownership and accountability for own actions
Expresses oneself effectively, influences others, and engages well at all levels of the organisation with both internal and external clients. Appreciates the impact of varying styles of communication to different audiences.
A self starter that has the drive and aspiration to make the most of opportunities. Has energy & enthusiasm, will readily take the initiative and be motivated to succeed not just for themselves but for the team & for the organisation as a whole.

The position has a car allowance of £3250 and uncapped commission of bonus of £10kOTE

Essential requirements

Someone who has worked within a Lettings environment and has been actively involved in bringing on new instructions
Through knowledge of landlord information pack. Through knowledge of the Housing Act. Thorough knowledge of in house rental protection plan
Excellent on Word & Excel
Must have a driving licence
Able to work in Brixton
