Our client is a rapidly expanding private sector property services group. Services provided include the management of social housing, private residential lettings and sales, commercial agency and professional chartered surveying services.
Key responsibilities
To assist the lettings team in building and managing a profitable portfolio of properties whilst delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
Ensure you and your team win instructions and let properties in line with the minimum performance standards. Recording and reporting to line manager
Identify, understand and give advice that meets and exceeds customers expectations in line with the agreed company standards to provide outstanding customer services.
Ensuring all properties comply with current company and legislative policy.
Staff are regularly reviewed with documented evidence and in accordance to company policy.
Ensure that PI’s are met in order to grow a portfolio in line with the strategic plan of the business. Thoroughly investigate reasons for non adherence to Pi’s and provide suitable methods of working to ensure they are met.
Devising and contributing to marketing initiatives to attract potential landlords and tenants
Together with Negotiators you will monitor property stock and gain price reductions on properties that have not been let in line with policy and procedure
Proactively seek added income opportunities through identifying clients needs and selling services which they require, encouraging the team to do the same
To lead and inspire your team, promoting behaviours within the team that demonstrate integrity and excellence at all times.
Ensure expenditure is in line with agreed budget and expenditure outside budgeted amounts agreed with line manager.
The role has a car allowance of £3750 and an OTE OF £10K uncapped
Essential requirements
Must have worked within a similar environment with Lettings and must have managed
Must have a driving licence and your own car
ARLA Level 1 essential with Level 2 preferable (even though you may not have this but have the other relevant experience, please apply)
