A London Borough is currently looking for a FWI Floorwalker on a 2 month temporary basis.

Key responsibilities

A self-assured person who is confident and enjoys engaging with people would suit this role, as they willl act as a mentor/trainer for workers using frameworki. 

This position involves providing support on a 1:1 basis and to small groups through workshops and demonstrations. Previous training experience would be an advantage. 

Experience providing training guidance and support documentation to a high standard would be useful. 

The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of Word, Office and if possible MS Visio. Knowledge of Frameworki would be a plus, but an aptitude for IT in general is necessary. 

An ability to work on one’s own initiative is essential as this position involves travelling to different Children’s Services sites, locating departments or individuals who require assistance. 

Candidates must be reliable and take responsibility as close supervision is not possible in this role. 

Problem-solving and an inquisitive nature would be of great benefit to, discover whether issues require an IT solution, training or reconfiguration of the system. 

The successful candidate must be a team player and feel able to feedback to the rest of the team, actively participate in discussions and take on board others suggestions.

Essential requirements

Must have worked extensively on Frameworki and have a current CRB

Must be immediately available or on short notice
