Our client is a rapidly expanding private sector property services group. Services provided include the management of social housing, private residential lettings and sales, commercial agency and professional chartered surveying services.

Key responsibilities
To work within the Letfirst social private lettings service ensuring the provision of an efficient and supportive property management service to a designated portfolio of landlords and tenants
Carry out in accordance with policies and procedures.
Occupancy check on property.
Maintain and develop working relationship with tenant.
Provide advice on savings, employment, training, etc. ID any support needs. Note any disrepair to property and make any recommendations on liability.
Collect any outstanding documents for internal teams.
Report any repairs issues on return to office.
Carry out in accordance to policies and procedures. Carry out occupancy check. Check tenant can use appliances. Check for any problems with property. Collect any outstanding documents and tenant survey. Report to appropriate internal team if defects are found within property.
In accordance with policies and procedures. Ensure risk assessment is carried out. Ensure legal paperwork is completed. Organise and attend evictions. Liaise with enforcement officers. Arrange locksmith. Advise on alternative housing options available.
Develops effective working relationships both within and beyond their own area of responsibility and expertise striving to maintain harmonious relationships with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders.
