£14k base (Achievable £20k OTE)

Location: West Drayton

The Lettings Negotiator is accountable for the development of new lettings business within their geographical area of operation, and for contributing to the overall growth of the Campsie Lettings network by supporting the company, its Clients and staff.
You will hold a genuine interest in lettings and in being responsible for the growth of a portfolio
Have an honest regard for our Clients, and compliance with Company and industry policies and procedures
A positive, can-do attitude and believing in oneself and one’s abilities
Empathy: be truly understanding of our customers and their needs.
The ability to give and receive information in order to achieve common objectives
Understanding of how the individual result contributes to the success of the business and ability to exceed targets

Desired Skills:
ARLA qualified or prepared to study for this qualification
Experience in client-facing sales activities

In addition, although experience in property-related roles would be desirable, this is not essential.
What will be essential is the desire and demonstrable proof of having exceeded targets in terms of both activity levels and results.
