We are looking to hire an ambitious and self-motivated individual for our office in Hammersmith.

Job Description

* Account management of both public and private sector clients
* Developing new business
* Building and maintaining a suitable candidate database
* Interviewing potential candidates both face to face and over the telephone
* Screening applications and searching for candidates
* Job matching and placing candidates
* Maintaining existing relationships
* Administration duties

Essential Criteria

* Well spoken with an excellent level of English
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service
* Confident, self motivated and tenacious
* Eligibility to work in the UK for at least 2 years
*Desire and ability to develop new business including cold leads.
* Good sense of humour and ability to work within a team

* Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills

Desirable

* Previous recruitment industry experience
* Business development or sales background
* Familiar with all aspects of recruitment

Salary

* £18K - £22K + Quarterly bonus
