Our client is a rapidly expanding private sector property services group. Services provided include the management of social housing, private residential lettings and sales, commercial agency and professional chartered surveying services.

Recruiting: Customer Service Advisor

£18,000 - £19,000

Location: Slough

Ensure that all repairs are completed in accordance to policies and procedures and that there is a clear audit trail.
Answer telephones.
Deal with routine queries.
Liaise with landlords and tenants.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times in accordance to policies and procedures.
Receive & decipher repair requests & organise remedial works
Assess liability for repairs in line with policies & procedures, Local Authority contracts and Leasing agreements with Landlords.
Run daily progress reports & update internal IT systems. Progress to completion within set timescales.
Desire and willingness to address the needs of internal and external customers. Providing rapid and effective responses & seeking continually to improve quality & standards of excellence.
