Membership Events Coordinator
Location: London
Up to £25,000

Coordinate the effective administration of UK and international offices.
Contribute to the general communication with members about upcoming activities.
Coordinate national and regional committee training events.
Contribute to maintaining and improving customer service to members
Coordinate the production and despatch of UK and international communications including ecommunications
Coordinate UK and international branch spring and autumn event programmes.
To identify areas of work, which can be streamlined and developed to ensure the objectives of the
team are achieved, in consultation with management.
To assist the implementation and development of on-line services including e-communications
Coordinate and attend national and regional training events including venue/catering liaison,
registering delegates, speaker & other guest support, answering general queries). Also coordinate
the on-the-day administration role of others attending.
Maintain regular communication with international offices through telephone and email
correspondence and develop a regular communications strategy.
Monitor and evaluate average attendances and feed back to management
Respond to and act on correspondence, emails and telephone enquiries relating to the work of the
section professionally and promptly within agreed service level agreements
Responsible for coordinating, updating and checking UK and international webpages
ensuring all published information is accurate and up to date.
Assist the management in maximising the promotional/publicity potential of events.
Assist with setting and monitoring budgets.
To assist the management with the strategic development of the network
Liaise with the magazine publisher on and off line.
Deputise for the line manager as required.
To ensure that corporate identity guidelines and house style are followed in all instances.
To attend and participate in cross-divisional working parties and groups as appropriate.
To provide support and help to other sections within the Professional Division where appropriate.
To demonstrate commitment to the provision of a high standard of customer service.
