A London Borough is currently looking for a Car Pound Officer for a bout 3 months

 

Key responsibilities

 

Processing payments (cash, card)

Providing a front line service to customers

Dealing with customers enquiries on the telephone

Booking vehicles in and out

Monitoring security for pound and the building

Operating the despatch and Control function via phone and radio

 

Candidates will be required to work 35 hours per work 

Candidates will be expected to work weekends on a rota

Candidates will be expected to work shift patterns (08:30 – 16:00, 16:00 – 23:30)

 

Essential Requirements

 

Previous car pound attendant experience/knowledge

Knowledge or parking legislation

Experience of CCTV monitoring
