A Sports club in West London is currently looking for an HR Administrator on a 12 month contract

 

Key responsibilities are as follows

 

Maintain the HR database ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date

Provide guidance and advice to all managers from employment offers, contractual issues, benefits queries

Raising and issuing offer letters and contracts of employment

Produce monthly headcount reports and other ad hoc reports & statistics as required.

Pension and benefits administration

Design, coordinate and present the monthly induction program ensuring it is continually updated and rejuvenated

Keep up to date with HR policies and procedures and advise staff accordingly

Coordination of employee recognition programs – Excellence awards

Ensure training administration complete and up to date on the HR system including running reports on departmental and individual training records as required

To complete all recruitment related paperwork in a timely manner, ensuring all speculative CVs are logged and responded to

Produce relevant correspondence for basic disciplinary hearings and attend meetings as a company witness, taking notes and supporting managers throughout the process

Recruitment coordination: shortlist CV’s, liaise with agencies, arrange interviews, conduct first screen interviews.

Respond to departmental correspondence

Maintain and update the HR and Training intranet pages 

Assistance with ad-hoc projects as required and assist the HR team as necessary

Carry out the duty of Health & Safety coordinator and complete regular Risk assessments for the HR and Accounts department

 

Essential Requirements

 

Must have done a similar role within HR Admin recently

Excellent computer skills, especially Excel

Structured, well-organised and meticulous attention to detail

Proficient in reporting and managing data

Ability to plan work, deal with conflicting priorities and deadlines

Proactive approach to work and able to work on own initiative

Able to manage highly sensitive/confidential employee information

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Understanding employment law would be advantageous

Must be immediately available or on short notice

Must be able to work in West London
