A local London borough is recruiting for:

Debt Recovery Team Leader

£23.56 per hour

Your role will be to lead a team of debt recovery specialists within the Parking division in the delivery of proactive and responsive customer service and support.
You will ensure the efficient processing of debt recovery, statutory declarations and penalty charge notices, as well as related appeals, complaints, enquiries and service requests.
In addition to having full management responsibility for the Debt Recovery Specialist team, you will act as expert on the debt recovery process, including all relevant legislation and policy.
You will also resolve complex or contentious decisions escalated to the team, as well as prepare cases of potential fraud or abuse as required.
