A well established Housing Association is looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors for initially  2 months to join their team handling a variety of housing and repair enquiries

Job purpose
As a Customer Service Officer you will deliver excellent Customer Service by handling a wide range of service requests and enquiries.
You will work with managers and colleagues to make sure customer service performance, financial and policy targets are met.
Provide excellent customer service when dealing with Resident services enquiries and Repairs (first time and follow up) enquiries, and a range of other service requests by telephone.

Essential experience

An excellent understanding of Customer Service is required experienced within a customer service/call centre environment
Experience in a similar housing or repairs role within local government or a housing association would be very advantageous
Excellent team player Experience of handling and dealing with complaints
Excellent PC skills including the ability to type proficiently and knowledge of Microsoft Office
