A London Borough in North London is looking for a number of customer service advisors for about 3 months
Key responsibilities
Responding to enquiries received by telephone, e-mail or written correspondence
Receipt, control and progress incoming calls/enquiries from residents Diagnosing basic repair requests, prioritising and ordering repairs using manual and computerised systems in accordance with policy and procedures. Scheduling appointments for contractors, technical support and operational staff.
Monitoring progress of Repair Orders through to completion, liaising with contractors, technical support and operational staff
Ensuring the resident is kept informed of progress and any delays.
Investigating and responding to routine enquiries and complaints received from residents relating to the Repairs Service.
Inputting, updating and maintaining accurate administrative and computerised records information.
Carrying out back office functions for the Repair Services Contact Centre including Providing support to the in-house contractor service including the direct allocation of Repair Orders to operational and trade staff.
Carrying out telephone satisfaction surveys of residents to monitor satisfaction levels with the service and provide feedback for improvement.
Essential Requirements
Experience of managing high volumes of calls in a call centre environment
Previous experience of using Microsoft office and databases
Must be immediately available or on short notice
