Responsibilities:

Proposal and Quotation Documentation  

Critical Path Timelines

Budget Logging and Checks

Client Liaison

Contact Reports

Checks on Deliverables versus client Expectations   

Researching background and competitors  

Setting up client payment (PO)  

Liaising with suppliers  

Picture research and purchasing stock imagery   

Dealing with accounts/sales invoice queries   

Liaising with production teams/printers/third party suppliers  

Proof-reading, ensuring guidelines are adhered to

Planning work in for design studio  

General Studio Admin

Project admin - records & filing

Follow Filing and digital storage processes

Studio Costs

Timesheets

Monitor total time spent on individual project and manage accordingly – efficiency
