Leading Branding Agency in London is recruiting a Corporate Client Manager

You will have 2-3 Years in a similar environment
Providing project management support on one or more projects with responsibility to ensure the smooth running of each phase of the project.
Delivery of project deliverables on time, on budget and on brief.
Central point of communication for team members - across client services, design, strategy, finance and production - and Client Contacts.
Support senior team members on new business opportunities, particularly contributing with desk research and auditing.
Manage overall project administration, ensuring all elements are filed correctly and easily retrievable by all team members.
Support senior team members with writing proposals, presentations, briefs and completing budgets for each project phase.
Prepare weekly financial reports and complete weekly budget status updates with Design Director and Client Director.
Check and sign off all project invoices prior to the accounts team sending them out to the client.
Set up internal and external project meetings, including follow up meetings.
Ensuring project requirements such as visual stimulus, presentations, and mock-ups are organised smoothly and delivered on schedule.
Coordinate smooth handover between creative and production teams, ensuring the production team is involved in the critical design stages to assist the transition into production.
Arrange production meetings, ensuring that cutter guides/templates/printing information/copy etc. are available from the client during the correct stages of the project.
Overseeing smooth artwork process.
