A well established professional membership body is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Central London.
Contract: 9 mth
Salary: £21,000
First point of for all membership related enquiries including: student members affiliate members, full members, fellow members and members in practice.
Providing customers with advice and guidance on their ongoing experience with the organisation.
Developing and maintaining excellent communication with teams and divisions to ensure a constant high standard.
Dealing with operational functions relating to policies and procedures within agreed SLA's; providing an excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Respond to all enquiries from all members up to the 1st level resolution and refer any 2nd stage calls to other members in the team or other sections within the organisation.
Provide excellent service to internal and external customers by resulting in prompt, efficient and accurate handling of all enquiries.
Maintain a full understanding of all communications activity across the organisation and the benefits and support available at each level within the membership process and use to influence key decision making moments and to ensure that members receive the information that is right for them first time, or escalate as needed.
Identify areas of work that can be streamlined and developed to ensure the objectives of the team are met and developed.
Participate in organisation related functions, to provide support and to gain insight from members and other stakeholders.
