Rapidly growing personal finance company requires customer service specialist to resolve enquiries regarding loan applications and payments.
Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound correspondence from both borrowers and lenders on a day to day basis
* Calling customers who have been approved for a loan to deliver a friendly and personal customer experience
* Calling customers who have missed a payment with a friendly and good humoured manner to arrange collection
* Acting as a liaison to all departments regarding customer enquiries
* Carrying out office admin tasks as and when required
* Other aspects may be included from time to time
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* Being able to think on their feet and develop within the role
* Able to work as an individual and under own supervision
* 2 years experience in an office environment preferably in a customer focused position
* Computer and Numeracy literate
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* A lively and good humoured personality
* An empathetic nature
* A financial industry background is desirable
* A collections background would be suitable
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (40 hour week)
