Professional Membership body in central London is recruiting for a Commercial Partnership Executive to join their team

Up to £30k + Comm


It's an exciting role for a person who is looking to develop their career in an interesting and credible role with a very well respected organisation.

Assist the Commercial Partnerships team to maximise the organisations involvement with and commercial reward from the development of a strategic partnership programme 
Act as the main point of initial contact with the partner liaising with them on a regular basis to ensure that the organisation is meeting partner expectations
To co-ordinate relationships particularly where a partner has several different l relationships within the organisation
Working with internal teams, in the final stages of securing the partner, to ensure they are aware of the parameters of the agreement & delivery 
Co-ordinating and communicating with the various internal departments / directorates / functions to ensure that each element of the agreement is being met and that they are maximising all avenues of opportunity
Understand the environment in which your stakeholders operate and adapt approach accordingly.
Be proactive in understanding stakeholder needs and identifying solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.
Balance the needs of individual stakeholders with the needs of other stakeholders. 
Make suggestions of how the team's service to stakeholders could be improved.
Look ahead to anticipate what stakeholders might need and plan accordingly.
Co-ordinating and leading update meetings 
Contributing to the mid-year review meetings to review the relationship and ascertain any room for development of the relationship or the activity. 
Prior to completion of the contract to initiate and take part in a review of the contract with the Account Management team 
To contribute to the development and delivery of business objectives, including taking part in cross departmental project teams where appropriate
