Professional Membership Body in Central London is recruiting for Professional Membership Support Advisors

£22,500 circa

Looking for driven, professional and organised individuals with a passion for exceeding expectations and want to develop their career within a highly customer centric environment.

Follow up calls with targeted outbound calls to prospective students, increasing the conversion rate. 
Calls to a range of members and customers to support and increase membership levels. 
Work as part of a team delivering an exceptional, professional customer service, using a range of communication methods 
Increase membership through call activity to qualifying students. 
Receive inbound enquiries from prospective students, employers, schools and to be able to demonstrate thorough product knowledge.
Support attendance at events. 
Accurately record and update information using the CRM database for all activities to support Business Development's sales processes. 
Identify areas of work that can be streamlined and developed to ensure the objectives of the Business Development team are achieved. 
Ability to multitask and be flexible when dealing with enquiries 
Support the managers by accepting assignments with an open, cooperative and team orientated attitude.
