 A London Borough in West London is currently looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors for a 6 month period.

 

Key responsibilities are as follows

 

To work effectively and efficiently within a Contact Centre environment

Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email

Log all necessary repairs reported by residents, caretakers and external stakeholders as and when required using the company in-house system iWell

 

Essential Requirements

 

Must have worked in a similar environment recently preferably for a Borough or within a repairs environment

Must have an office based Customer Service/Call Centre background

Able to commit to 6 months and able to work in West London
