 A very well respected and forward thinking Professional Membership body is Recruiting for a Customer Service Data Administrator to join the team in London.


Deal with queries relating to the work of the department and to recognise and refer issues of a sensitive nature to the appropriate person. 
Assist the team managers and team leaders in training and 'buddying' of new staff. 
Gain experience from across the team and to provide contingency support in other areas of the team as and when required. 
Contribute to the provision of an excellent service by ensuring the prompt, efficient and accurate processing of all enquiries, applications and data entry. 
Capture accurate data and make necessary amendments to the database accurately and securely in line with the Data Protection policies and within agreed service level targets. 
Provide consultancy to internal teams to understand their data needs, identify solutions and provide coaching to improve analytics capabilities, and database usage, especially advanced finds, dashboards and reporting. 
Assist in data planning for marketing needs to improve engagement through better targeting and cross selling. 
Assist in the creation of customer data files for email and direct marketing communications. 
Analyse profiles and behaviours so as to establish and identify segments of the membership to communicate with in targeted ways. 
Work with other teams across the organisation to determine what data should record and put appropriate measures in place to ensure that the agreed data is collected and used effectively. 
Assist in monitoring activity and spot patterns, in relation to their engagement in order to identify where intervention activity at key decision making moments could influence their behaviour and enhance their experience.
