Leading business within the peer to peer sector requires an experienced customer focussed and analytical individual to engage with customers and develop the customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

Proactively contact leads to engage with potential customers who have shown interest in the product and company.

Make outbound market research calls to take detailed responses from individuals and analyse their feedback in order to steer discussion on customer engagement.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer data.

Analyse information received to improve customer retention.

Carry out other customer service and administrative duties as required.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years experience in an office based customer service environment.

Strong IT skills, including using databases

Ideally some experience in customer engagement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders alike.

Ability to analyse information and look for trends or themes.

Exceptional attention to detail.
