A Housing organisation in the city is currently looking for a Team Administrator for about 3 months Key responsibilites are as follows General organisation - dates in dairies, meeting requests, compiling lists of meeting dates, coordinating calendars, communicating key dates Data collation and entry - getting data from different sources (mostly spreadsheets or other 'lists’ and putting them into one single doc. Electronic filing - regular moving of some files on the system, saving onto the document management system. They are already saved in folders, so it will be fairly mundane, but there does need to be accuracy and good attention to detail Front of house and organising and scheduling like recruitment and setting up rooms, lap tops, refreshments, meet and greet for meetings etc Help answering phones - cover lunchtimes or occasional help out on rota Ad hoc tasks Essential requirements Must have a solid administrative background for about 1-2 years maximum Must be immediately available or on short notice Good on Excel & Word Must be a great communicator or shows good initiative and is highly organised
