Leading business within the peer to peer sector requires an experienced customer focussed and analytical individual to engage with customers and develop the customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

Handling all inbound correspondence from both borrowers and lenders on a day to day basis.

Maintain current understanding of products, regulatory practices and procedures, service standards, processing and systems, and related service centre operations.

Proactively contact leads to engage with potential customers who have shown interest in the product and company.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer data.

Analyse information received to improve customer retention.

Carry out other customer service and administrative duties as required.

Liaising with and maintaining relationships with Partners, Brokers and Affiliates.

Carrying out all office admin work as and when required

Skills and experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office based customer service environment.

Strong IT skills, including using databases

Ideally some experience in customer engagement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders alike.
