Professional Membership Body recruiting for a Project Coordinator (Online Development) top join the team in London.

 

3 month initially – potentially leading to permanent role

 

£14.80ph + holiday pay


Ideally you will have experience in a Digital/web team in a support team and/or someone is familiar with ticketing systems not necessary Jira.
You will provide project administrative support to the Online Delivery manager and Senior Online Development Manager for all digital projects.

Manage the BAU development workflow and resourcing through management and allocation of the work requests received via JIRA and escalate any deviations from the agreed SLA’s.

Estimate tasks in JIRA based on known timescales or in consultation with the developers.

Prepare and issue the monthly time reports.

Support the Online Delivery Manager in gathering epics, user stories and other agile project inception information to develop the project documentation ready for implementation

Provide training, support and guidance to business users on the suite of Software Management Tools and provide general coaching on Agile Project Management approach

Work collaboratively with the PMO to ensure that documentation relating to online development projects is maintained, version controlled and easily accessible to internal users

Truck and manage online development team expenditure to ensure that the overall budget reporting remains accurate. This includes raising, managing and closing POs, invoice receipting against the associated PO, monthly reconciliation of team spend, updating of accruals, forecasting the annual spend.

Arrange meetings, managing diary appointments, and writing up and circulating meeting notes as required for the online development team

Provide general project and administrative support to help the Online development team achieve its overall goals

Manage and maintain the project structure in Jira, creating new projects and work categories and the closure of completed projects as required

Deputise in the Scrum Master role as and when required or provide scrum master services to scrum project teams as part of the wider portfolio of change program projects undertaken by the Online development team

Provide front line support for incoming queries to the Online development team

Help to manage colleagues’ expectations of the online development projects by delivering an appropriate level of understanding and appreciation of website dynamics, technology and limitations.
