An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading fintech for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team. The role is perfect for an ambitious and talented individual who wants to make an impact from day one providing an exceptional customer experience.

You will provide support to the Customer Services team by responding to and resolving customer queries. You must have fantastic communication skills and the ability to ask the necessary questions and obtain the required information. The company values customer service more than any other KPI, and a happy customer is what is ultimately responsible for repeat business and referrals.

Responsibilities:

• Handling all inbound correspondence from all customers on a day to day basis.

• Ensuring accurate records are kept of communications with customers.

• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of products, regulatory practices and procedures, service standards, processing and systems, and related service centre operations.

• Calling customers who have missed a payment with a friendly and good humoured manner to arrange collection.

• Taking obscure customer queries away to IT or management to get resolution for the customer.

• Carrying out all office admin work as and when required

• Liaising with and maintaining relationships with Partners, Brokers and Affiliates.

Skills and experience:

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Being able to respond quickly and developing within the role.

• 2 years experience in an office environment in a customer focused position strongly preferred.

• Computer and Numeracy literate.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• A lively and good humoured personality.

• An empathetic nature.

• You will take pride in your work with a keen eye for detail
