A prominent housing organisation is currently looking for a Team Co-Ordinator on an ongoing temporary basis.

Key responsibilities are as follows

Undertake regular weekly and daily tasks as required such as responding to internal business enquiries, external stakeholders, including residents amongst other duties. 

Support the work of the Director of Business Improvement, including secretarial and administrative support as appropriate

Provide team with or support team to provide data or business information reports as and when required

Organise internal and external meetings and events as required, including drafting agendas, booking rooms and refreshments, dealing with invitations and responses, collecting visitors and typing minutes

Produce purchase orders and manage invoicing and payment processes, both manually and through the finance purchase order system.

Liaise with other departments where necessary to ensure that Business Improvement Team’s services are delivered seamlessly

Log, distribute and monitor letters and emails sent to team members including complaints and circulate and deal with requests for information. Assist with bulk mail outs, meeting specified deadlines as necessary.

Order and maintain supplies, stationery and petty cash, code invoices received in preparation for authorised signature by the appropriate senior manager and maintain records of expenditure.  This includes chasing overdue invoices as and when necessary

Provide support for members of the team who are out of the office or on leave.

Maintain paper and computer based systems, ensure filing and records are kept up to date

Carry out general team administration tasks and bulk or other photocopy requirements as necessary

Act as ICT administrator/super-user and be responsible for representing the team in regards to ICT and other ICT related projects as required

Undertake any other duties necessary to this role as directed by the Director of Business Improvement


Essential Requirements


Must have a recent consistent work history in an administrative role.

Excellent on Word & Excel

Excellent interpersonally

Available immediately or on short notice
