A rapidly expanding Property Software business is currently looking for a Sales Development Executive on a permanent basis.

 

This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop leads and opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, social media, discovery and individual research. The primary responsibility is to qualify or nurture inquiries that are currently generated by numerous marketing campaigns.

Achieve a monthly quota of Sales accepted demos

Conduct a large volume of outbound calls. (30+ a day) to customers and prospects to gather information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties in learning more about the business

Ensure high integrity of data in the Customer Relationship Management tool Salesforce.com

Analyse data as a result of customer behaviour, identify opportunities for improvement from that analysis, present your recommendation to management and then apply your recommendation

Build and increase industry knowledge and acumen relevant to the company’s value proposition

The role pays a base of 30k with OTE of Circa 8k plus employee share options

Candidate Requirements include;

Excellent conversation skills - interpersonal, written and oral

Hungry and resilient, you will be a self-motivator that can plan personal goals and achieve them. You don’t take no for an answer!

Be aware of trends in data and be quick to identify new opportunities

Open to taking on feedback and applying lessons

Strong interests in marketing and business development

Attention to detail

Can keep an organised workflow while working at a fast pace
